These terms govern your use of the Routinely app. By downloading or using Routinely, you agree to them.
You need an account to use Routinely. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Routinely on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
Routinely offers an optional Premium subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
If you enable Commitment Mode on a habit, you authorise Routinely, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your saved payment method the amount you pledge when you miss that habit on a day it was scheduled and could not be verified. You choose the amount and where forfeited funds go (for example a charity or a partner). You must be 18 or older to use Commitment Mode. Charges triggered by a genuine miss are generally non-refundable. Commitment Mode is a motivational tool, not a savings, investment, or financial product, and Routinely is not a financial institution. Only habits verified by Apple Health or photo proof can trigger an automatic charge.
Routinely supports habit-building and general wellbeing. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Consult a professional about any health concern.
Don't misuse Routinely: no unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity; no attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the service, or disrupt other users; and no harassment of accountability partners. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your habits, notes, and photos are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display that content to operate the app for you and share it with partners you choose.
Routinely is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kode Foundry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Routinely. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using Routinely and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to comply with the law.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Kode Foundry's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
